belated birthday tribute to jeff

It was Jeff’s birthday on October 5th. The same day that our friend had a baby boy, Noah, and the same day that we heard about the death of Steve Jobs. As a dedicated Mac geek Jeff was shocked by the passing of Steve Jobs. He told me, throughout the night, the extensive impact Jobs had on technology, the world, and frankly Jeff’s world as well.

With the passing of an icon I think you begin to reflect on the beauty of the life you are living right now. Each year I love celebrating Jeff’s birthday with him.

I am thankful that we have each other, thankful that we respect one another, thankful that that he has my back and I have his.

Happy Birthday to a fabulous man and to someone I plan to spend the rest of my life with. XO
