As I have mentioned before I have been practicing yoga quite a bit lately- from pre-natal classes to regular Hatha Flow. I sincerely love it. Not only do I feel stronger but it calms my nervous anxieties when I need it most. As I said to one Instructor “sometimes I come here for the free therapy”.
