Love Thursday: Email support from friends

Jeff has 10 days, 9 sleeps, and 240 hours until Canada’s Ironman 2010 in Penticton, BC. With the race approaching he has been receiving heartfelt cheers from family and friends around the world and I wanted to share the following email he received today from our good friend, Rhiannon.

JEFF!!!

I just want to let you know that I have been thinking about non-stop this week.  With just over a week to go, I have been sending lots of positive thoughts your way and visualizing your success.

So remember, there are no second chances.  There is only this moment, and the next moment.  And everyone of those moments is a test, that you get to take one time.  So when you see an opening, tear into it.  If you get a shot at victory, make damn sure you take it.  Seize that moment. It is a crossroads for everything you want, colliding with everything in your way. The only difference between making history and being history, is YOU.

We are so proud of you for coming this far and cannot wait to catch you at the finish line.
